Beef Sweet Soy Sauce Stew

Hidangan untuk 8 orang

Bahan:
1kg Daging tetelan lembu
4 ulas Bawang Putih
8 biji Bawang Besar sedang
1 ibu jari Halia
3 sudu besar Rempah Bryani
1 sudu besar Serbuk Lada Hitam
1 tin Kacang Peas
4 biji Kentang
8 biji Cili Padi
Minyak
Air

Cara:
Blender and tumis bawang putih, 3 bawang besar, dan halia.
Masukkan rempah bryani dan lada hitam, dan tumis hingga garing.
Masukkan air cukup untuk menutupi daging.
Masukkan kicap manis.
Tutup dengan tudung periuk dan masak di atas api kecil hingga empuk (kira-kira 1jam).
Selepas empuk, masukkan kentang yang dipotong wedges dan 5 biji bawang besar dipotong bulatan.
Masak hingga mendidih, akhirnya masukkan kacang peas dan cili padi.


Beef Sweet Soy Sauce Stew
Serves 8

Ingredients:
1kg Flank cut into cubes
4 cloves Garlic
8 Onions
1″ Ginger
3 tbs Bryani spice mix
1 tbs Grounded Black Pepper
1 tin Peas
4 Potatoes cut into wedges
8 Bird’s Eye Chili
Oil
Water

Procedure:
Blender and fry garlic, 3 onions, and ginger.
Add Bryani spice mix and black pepper, and fry until the ingredients are mixed well and the oil separates from them.
Add water until it covers the meat.
Add the sweet soy sauce.
Cook on slow heat, with the lid closed, for approximately 1hour until the meat is tender.
Once tender, add in the potato wedges and remaining 5 onions cut lengthwise.
When the soup boils, add in the peas and chilli last before turning off the heat.
